William Godfrey or Fermor Feast of St Sebastian & St Fabian (ie 20 Jan) 1504. Daughter Agnes 26s 8d from the sale of two boats. Wife Isabelle a cow, mare, bull calf, young horse, 26 ewes & 9 boats (navicula). Thomas Walter my servant a manver of the shotenets & three lines, if he shall remain with my wife until the Feast of the Nativity of St John the Baptist. Wife all my moveables.
   The tenement where he lives with 4 acres situated in Vewelston to wife Isabelle during her life, then to John and Adrian my sons equally between them. Executors: wife Isabelle, John Godfrey or Fermor & John Baker. 
   Six & half acres of land called Sandferth to be sold & the money to John Godfrey my brother, Isabelle my wife & John Baker to pay debts, dispose for my soul etc. Witnesses John Fisher, curate of Lydd, Wm Butler.
