Simon Fermor otherwise called Godfray 25 Sept 1463. To Thomas Malet my best doublet. 
   Residue after paying debts etc to wife Joan & same Joan with John my father executors. Three acres to be sold & money disposed for my soul & parents.
   Wife Joan six acres & half part of my rents for her life & John my father another six acres & the other half of the rents for life then to my heirs but if none to Thomas my brother, except 4 acres to James my brother.
