William Danyell 29 Sept. 1501. All my boats & cabins to be sold & the money to pay debts etc the residue to wife Agnes. Executors: Thos Robyns & Vincent Danyell.
   Wife Agnes the tenement in which I live for 10 years then to my sons paying to my daughter Joan 6s 8d to her marriage.
   Tenement called Gate with 2 acres in the Eastfield to be sold & the money to pay debts etc & for my soul.
   Witnesses – Stephen Kempe, John Walker & John Gregory.
