John Coter (Cottor) 20 Sept 1456 (made
"on the Vigil of St Matthew 35 Hen VI). Wife Joan all lands &
tenements until son Simon is 16 years of age then to him but if he die
then to Petronilla my daughter & wife of James Base for her life, then
to be sold by my Feoffees – John at Brege, Vincent Sedley & James
Base & the money for our souls.
