Henry Colyn junior 30 Nov 1480. To the
Brotherhood of St James 6d. Wife Alice all the contents of the house for
her life, then to daughters Marione & Katherine, but if either die
before their mother then to the other daughter. Executors: wife Alice
& John Hert. The tenement which now he holds that John Hert receive
the same & grant to my wife Alice for life then to daughters Marione
& Katherine, but if they die then to Simon & Thomas the sons of
John Hert & to their heirs.
