Thomas Blossom 7 Oct. 1483. Reparation of the nave of the church 8d; to the high altar of Bromhill 2d & of Old Romney 4d. That Joan the daughter of John Hunt have one chest, a pair of sheets & one skeletpan (ie stewpan). Wife Margaret have all the contents of the house. Executors: wife Margaret & John Hunte. Feoffees: Stephen Locok, James Bate. Ten acres of land in Old Romney to be sold & the money to pay debts etc. Lands & tenements in Lydd to wife Margaret for life then to be sold & 3s 4d to the Mass of Jesus & residue to the Church.
