James Bagot 7 March 1483. To the Brotherhood of St Peter 12d. Thos Buntyng, Parish clerk 4d. 
   Wife Alice all contents of house. All my part of one boat & cabin at the Nesse to be sold & from the money daughter Agnes to have 20s to her marriage. Executors: Wife Alice & John Shalwell, Feoffees: Andrew Payn, John Shalwell & James Bate. Wife Alice to have my tenement for 16 years then to daughter Agnes & the child my wife is with. 
   To the repair of the bad road called Heytyswall 6s/8d.
