   To the Brotherhood of St Mary 4d. Wife Joan my messuage with appurts for her life also 4 acres of land in Brookland called "the Colam" & 3 acres called "the Carpenter" also 5 acres called "the Millbank" in the same parish for life then to sons. Joan also have a small messuage in Brookland for 16 years & then to son Laurence. Son Henry when 16 to have 10 acres of land. Daughter Agnes 10 marcs (£6.13.4) to her marriage of which 5 marcs to be in household Goods. Executors Thomas Gros & Joan my wife.
