Roger Touneshende, prest. 7 Oct 1538. To be buried in my parishe churche of Saint Mary Wolnothe within the citie of London. Sir Roger Touneshende, knyght, my father £40. To my lady my mother £20. My brother Robert Touneshende £12. Item I stande bounde with maister Husee, Register to my Lords Grace Tharchbisshop of Cant’ in dett to the Kings highness for the hole first fruts of the Vicarage of Lyde in the Countie of Kent. Also of the chauncellorship of the church of Sarum. Specially desire that the said Maister Hussee above all thinges may be sufficiently & substancially discharged of the said bonds. [no other Kent matter].
