William Grenestreete, 4 May 1480, of the town of Rie. To be buried in churchyard of the parish church of St George of Ivechurch. To Alice my wife all my household stuff (domalia). Residue to Wm Parnell, Thos Lydelond & John Cheseman my executors. 
Last will of Wm Grenestreete of the Town of Rie. Feoffees Wm a Bogh of Ivechurch, Henry Adam of Brokland, Thomas Lyderland, Wm Parnell & John Cheseman. of the Town of Rie of my lands in Rie, Ivechurch, Olde Romney & Pountene in Kent & Sussex. Alice my wife to have same for life & then my feoffees to pay £10 to Johanne my daughter and enfeoff Thomas my son when he shall be 20 years old. He desired his feoffees to sell his land in parish of Pountene in tenure of the Court of Papynham & 3 rods of land in Olderomney in tenure of the Court of Papynham in a certain place called Beryis and also to pay his sister Thomasine 13s 4d. Also he wished his feoffees to receive the whole profits of a tenement & 21 acres in Ivechurch in which his father used to dwell & died until such time as Thomas his son shall come to 20 years of age. Witnesses: Wm Robyn, Richard Dodde & Thos Godave.
