Richard Myller,
servant to the Quenes Maiestie 25 August 1557 (4 & 5 Philip &
Mary). To be buried in the church at discrecion of my brother William
Myller, executor. To my said brother Willyam the lease of my ferme in
Wawland Marche in the parishe of Stone in Elderstons Innynge called
Cheyney Marshe. To Richard Reed my nephew 6 kyne, 5 calves being weyners
of the last yere & 4 calves being weyners of this yere. I will my
brother Willyam shall sell all my horses mares & geldings reserving
one nagge to pay for my debts & funerall charges. To my said brother
William 200 shepe going in Rumney Marshe that is to sey 100 yewes &
100 lambes. To my nephew Richard Reed £50 when 21.
The debts owing onto me folowith. First the Lorde of Burgeyny owith me
£10. Itm Mr John Leonard of Chevennige £14. James Smythe of Dover
£50. Debtes whiche I do owe. First unto Sr Thos Cheynye Lorde Warden of
the Five Portes £50. In the presens of us Sr James Johnson prest &
curate of Richemount, Alen Matthew Gent of the ?????? to the Quenes
Maiestie, John Feld yoman of the chamber to the Quenes Matie. To Frauncs
Puckeridge my servant £6.13.4. In presence of us George Verneham,
Lyonell Redman, servant unto Mr Lowell & keper of the Quenes Matie
house at Richmonte. Witnesses James Johnson curate at Richmount, Alyne
Mathew, John Foold, Geo Verneham, John Amerson, Lyonell Redman.
On 4 Oct 1557 adminstration granted to Richarde Reade, nephew, with
consent of Julian, relict.[PCC 36 Wrastley]
