VALENTINE JACOB of Huntyngdon in Kent, 11 October 1485. To be buried in churchyard. To the high altar 8d. To Nicholas Chapman my second best gowne. Residue to Agnes Jacob my wife and executrice.
Last will: of my landys in the parishes Huntyngdon and Marden in the schyr of Kent. My feoffyes shall suffer Agnes my wyeff to occupy and after her decesse deliver a lefull a state to the child that my wyeffe goth whith and yf the child decesse then an honest prest to syng for my sowle in the parish churches of Huntyngdon and Marden and have 10 marks and to reparation of the church of Huntyngdon 40s. Also I will that all the feoffeys as be feoffyd in all the londys and tenements that John Jacob my fader did geve to Alice Jacob my mother in the way of mariage shall delyuer aftyr the decesse of my modyr a lefull astate vnto the child my wyfe goth whith in fe sympyll and if the child decesse then vnto the seyd Agnes.
