THOMAS ALCHORNE of the parish of Goodherst [Goudhurst]. 5 January 1507. To be buried in the church yard of the Blessed Virgin Mary of Goodherst. To the said church two cows for the salary of one priest in part payment of his salary. To the high altar of Wodherst 20s. To the monastery of Beyham 3s. 4d. To the Prior and Convent of Comewell 6s. 8d. To the parish church of Woodherst 6s.8d. To the light of the Blessed Mary the Virgin of Wodherst one cow. To Dom. Richard Griggis of Wodherst 6s. 8d.
I leave to Andrew Alchorne my brother six cows, to John Bryckynden one bullock.

This ys &e. 24 January. To Andrew Alcherne my broder 4½ acres in the parish of Wodherst callid Wynberche lying to the Kyngs high wey on euery side.
Witness: Sr. William Roger parisshe preest of Goodherst, Morgan Austen, Richard Pemyll, Thomas Hipson.
