SIR RICHARD GULDEFORD, Knyght. 7 April 21 Henry VII. To be buried where it shall please Almighty God to dispose for it. I will above all things that my detts be paid.
To my wife all my stuffe that I have at the blak Freres except twoo boks the one is a great sawter and the other is a oke of Matyns sevyn spalmes and dirige and a sawter in one boke whiche I will to Halden.
All my other goods and catalls I will Edward Guldeford have them to pay my detts with and he to be my executour.
The revenues of my londes to be yerly accompted before John Darell, Edward Guldford, George Guldeford, John Gage and James Auger or two of them at the lest. William Auger to be my generall Receyvour till my detts be paid and after the lands to goo hooly to Edward Guldford except all the lands in Hawkerst which I will George Guldford shalhave.
For lack of issue male to Henry Guldford and for lak of his issue male to the rightfull heires of me.
Edward Guldeford to have all my lands in the Grene in Kent and my lands called Mersham and Fodermersham in Sussex.
I wille that Henry Guldeford have £10 a yere while his moder lyveth.
