PERCYVALL MAKERES of the parisshe of Saint Stephyns in London, syke in body &e. The secunday of May 1515. To be buryed in the churchyarde of Alhalowys in Boxlay. To the hygh aulter ther 12d. To the light of our lady within the parisshe church of Boxlay aforesayd 4d. To Syr Jamys Nycolson my cote and my doblett to pray for my soule. I wyll that 15 prees to syng masse for my soule and all xpen soules in the day of my burying and 15 at my monithes day in the parisshe church of Boxlay and they to have for their labours ……… I bequeth 8d. to be gyven to poure people to pray for my soule.
Resydue to Thomas Wells and to my two susters whom I ordeyne to be my executor and ouerseer Sr. Xpofer Smyrke. To this wittenes Syr Jamys Nycolson, Robert Godhelppe.
Probate is not filled in. The will beofre was proved 23 May 1515 and that after on the same day. (P.C.C. 7 Holder)
