JOHN ROGER of Ledys in Kent, 31 December 1489. 5 Henry VII. To be buried in the Priory of Ledys beside where as Alson Roger late my wyfe lieth buried. To high altar of parish church of Ledys 20d.
I will that Parnell my wyf be executrix wt out helpe of any other person.
I will that Richard Cheteham shall have for his kyndnes to me afore tyme shewid 20 marc.
To seid Parnell £35 the wich that John Reynold the yonger with vnto me for certeyn londs of me late purchased. Also £53. 6. 8. the which Thomas Hussey of Leneham and John Howlett to me owith for a certeygn tenement and lands belonging in Leds aforesaid.
In presence of John Reynold thelder of Leds, Robard Mason of the same, John Tilden of Bestede and John Reynold the yonger of Ledys.
Probate Act not recorded but probably 1489/90. (27 Milles)
