JOHN BOLLEY, of Holyngborn, 26 March 1500. To be buried in the chirch of Holyngborn. I will Jane my wife shalhave the landes called Maister Clerks londs in parish of Strodde and 14 acres of woode and lande that was sumtyme Richard Howen. Also the feld caled Chaldernfeld and a gardyn of Safferon and after hir deceasce the saide londes and a woode and gardyn shall remayne vnto Phillip Bolley my sonne and aster the decease of hym I will that it remayne vnto the childbeing in hir body yt God send it lief. Also to Jane my wife all my lands and tenements the which Maister Nicholas Hallswell standeth feoffid, with other, and to remayne to Phillip Bolley my sonne. To Sir John Rosbery a book couerid with levis of parchement wretyn with pent hand. To Thomas Peny a long gowne and a doblet of worstede. To Agnes Gyldewyn a blewe gowne. To John Thomson a doblet of ledir.
Residue to Jane my wife and executrice by the oversight of Maister Nicholas doctor Halswell.
