Tayloure of Crannebroke clothier. To be buried in the churche yarde of
the same. To reparacion of the highe way betwene Cranebroke Churche and
Stapleherst churche £4.
Also myn executor shall suffer thinhabitants of Cranebroke to digge and
carrie away oute of my brothers lande and myn at Hoothe callid
Benchekhert 400 loodes of gravell to be bestowed on the same high way.
To reparacon of the highwey betwene Huntpitt and the Leese syde of
Wodman £3 and 300 loodes of gravell. Also upon the highweye betwene
Halden Churche and Hales place 20s. To reparacion of highwey in the
parishe of Westham in the Countie of Sussex betwene Mountnye gate and
the Marshefote 20s. Also upon the highwey betwene Hockenbury bridge and
East Sutton 20s.

Residue to my brother Rychard Tayloure, executour. Last Will: all my
landes and tenements, medowes, pastures and woodes which my father gave
unto me in his last will, to my brother Richard Tayloure, also those
landes which he and I have bought as well in Kent as in Sussex. Witness:
Thos. Elys, Richard Tayloure, Harry Browne, Stephyn Scott.
Proved before Dean and Chapter of Canterbury sede vacante, 23 September
