14 June 1547. Wylliam Oliuer ats Quintyn of Cranebrook. To be buried in churche yarde. To John Smyth the wever 20s. Residue vnto Elizabeth my wyff my soole executrix. Richarde Courtopp and Peter Courtopp ouerseers.
This is the last will: Elizabeth my wyff all my landes and tenements &e in the parrishe of Seale or elsewhere in Kent for her lyff and after her deceas to Thomas Olyver ats Quyntin and to my sister Katherine Harterege nowe the wyff of Thomas Harterege equally holdinge of the capitall Lord or Lordes of the fee or fees therof.
Witness; Sir John Longe, Vicar, Thomas Oxleye, Thos. Cousar, Thos. Davy and Richarde Vaughan.
