The last will of me WILLIAM LYLLY of Maidstone haberdassher, made and wrytten with myn owne hande 3 July 1548 of all my landes and tenements in Kent.
To Katheryne my wife all my landes &e in Kent and to theirs of our two bodies begotte yf it so fortune that Katheryn my wyfe have no increase nor frutes of our two bodies then after the deceas of my wyfe my brother William Morse to have all my landes &e.
My wyfe Katheryn sole executrice.
Witnes John Morse, Thos. Lambarde, John Backe, John Golde.
Witnes the 1st June 1549 Laurence Thommisson Vicar of Aylisforthe, in my greate sicknes and paynes and I the foresaide Laurence have redd to the wt in named Willm. Lylly at his desire this his hande wryting, by me John Morse.
Proved 7 June 1549 by John Morsse, proctor for Katherine relict and executrice. (P.C.C. 33 Populwell)
