SIMON YOMAN of Maidstone, pewterer, 21 Aprill 1527. To be buried wt in the churche of Alhalowes of Maidstone. To the reparacion of euery of the foure awters in the body of the church 12d. To 10 prests at my owt beryng to euery one 8d. To 6 clerks 2s. To 4 children 4d.
To Joane my doughter 20 mrcs at hir mariage. If she die then to Roger my sonne when 21 and in default to Kateryn my wife. To Roger my sonne when 21 all my moulds and Tobys concernyng my occupacion. Residue to Kateryn my wife, executrix. Robert Choll ouerseer.
Last will: of all my londes &e in Maidston wherin Richard Hely, Robert Wedyer, William Ferham and Wm. Bull by me be infeoffed. Kateryn my wife to take the issues &e of my mesuage I nowe dwell in and to remayn to Roger my sonne and in default to Joane my doughter.
Witness: Sr. John Blowis prest, Water Herend, Robert Norys, Richard Whetly and Thos. Bartlett.
