 Thomas Fowle - Will 17 Oct 1525

37. Bodfelde

17 Oct 1525. Thomas Fowle dwelling in the parishe of Lamberest (Lamberhurst) in Kent. To be buried within the churche yarde of Saint Margaret in Southwerk.
   To Elizabeth my doughter X marc to hir mariage.
   Residue that is to say my catall, my corne and my appulls I doo geve it only to my wife the whiche I doo make my chief executrix and Maister Geffrey my overseer and he to help my wife in her besynes and so he to have for his labour 13/4.
   Wm Carnell parishe prest and curet of Saint Margaretts, Sir Richd Dawson, morowe masse prest and Wm Mychell be records of this testament.
   This is of my lands: I will that my wife shall receyve yerely the profits to socour hir and hir childern to the tyme and season that my sonne the which is my heire be xxj yere of age and then he to entre into his lande at that age with godds blessing and myn.
   Probate 4 Nov 1525 by relict in person of Richd Felde proctor.
