In the yere 1522. Robert Dayll. My soule to the
Redemer of all the worlde to the blissed virgin, his moder our Lady Saint Mary
and to all the holy company of hevyn. My body to be buried in the church yarde
of the Towne of Mawlyng in Kent. Also I have made to Andrewe Morys a Lighter
of xxxli tonne and for one Tonne I shulde have xvij grots for
workmanship. Also I have receyved in parte of payment the full of V mrc iiijs,
iiijd with that xls that I had of him when I went to bye
?billet. Also the fore steme was myn owne and it stands me in iiijs also
iiij knees of myn owne stands me in other iiijs. Item:
I owe to John of Newcastell for Iren V nobills and for that I
have had my house these two yeres and it goeth for Xs a yere. Item:
I owe for a Capull two nobills to Thos Mattok.
Item: Rauf Wykmos oweth me iiij nobills and xvij grots and
also I had xs more to paye to John Clary.
Witnes by Maister Atclyf a shopmaker.
Item: I owe to my cosyn Wroth iiij nobills for Reed. Also I will
that John Pek my sonne in lawe have my copye of my house. Also I will that
John Peck my sonne in lawe dispoase all my goddes movable and unmovable for
the helth of my soule.
Witnesse herof Sir Richard Topping, Wm Stevynson and
other.
29 May 1523, John Peck exor recusant in se assumere onus exec and
adm. per unam intestati Relict ddefunct [not named].
