15 Sept 1509. Thomas Wyseman of Tudeley in Kent yoman. To be buried in the church of All Seynts of Tudeley before ye Roode. To the makyng of a bell ther 40s. To the wast of torches and because that my body shall rest there Xs.
   Residue to Parnell my wif executrix and oversear Sr Ric Person vicar of Tudeley.
   This is: I will my feoffes suffre Parnell my wif to receyve and take the yssues of all my londs and tenements etc. in Tudeley, Capell and Hadlowe during the time of hir life except my tenement with a gardeyn and pece of lond therto lying in Tudeley called Sandels with 4 other pecs of lond lying in Tudeley and Capell called Marlepe, Oldredde Partreddyes Brokes and Spichetts the which seid tenement called Sandes at the said 4 pecs of land called Marleptte Oldred Partredyes Brokes and Spichetts I will be sold to pay my detts.
   Aftir decesse of the saide Parnell my wif my tenement the which I nowe dwell yn remayn to Johane my doughter and hir heires for ever and all my other londs in Tudeley, Capell and Hadlowe remayne to Alice my doughter and hir heirs for ever.
   Wit. Sr Ric Pesson vicar of Tudeley, Sr Henry Smyth preest, John Goodmond.
   Probate 3 Nov. 1509 by Parnolle relict.
