23 June 1512. John Olyver of Ketylsee in the parrishe of Sele. To bee buried in the churche yarde of Seele nigh to the grave of my Father. To the high aulter 3/4 and of Sevenok 3/4. To an honest preest to syng for my soule and all my frends soules in the churche of Seele X marc.
   To the makying of the high way betwixt musteles oke and whitepette 6/8.
   To Alice my wife vj oxen, X keen, Xl shepe, a wene with all the apparell, a Doonne geldyng and a grysild horse and all my brasse and peter and stuf of household. I bequethe to the same Alice ij pecs of whete that is to wite Hyefeld and Brodefeld and 4 felds of ots called Dowbrede, Barnewoode, Agnes lande and Hooke. To the same Alice the hay and grasse within Middist feelde and Nolwoods mede.
   To Water Tyrry 4 oxen, ij of theym beyng in keping of Richd Xtofr, an othre called Bery and the 4 in his owne keping. Item: a mare and a colte.
   All suche money as Richd Barton bequethed unto me now unpaid the moytie therof I bequeth to the moste behofe of the churche of Sele and the tothr moytie to my wife.
   To Johan Hardell my suster a Cowbolok color rede beyng in the kepyng of Stephen Essex.
   Residue to George my soonne whome I make exor and William Olyver overseer.
   This ys: of my lands and tenements I will Alice my wife have all my tenements and lands belongyng therto called Ketillsee sometyme Wm Bakers forthwith Rabeletts Dowles grove Gylsere and Barnewoode beyng within the parrishe of Selle and Sevenok terme of hir life so that she marye not. And if she fortune to marye then I woll that she have haulf the saide tenements and lands terme of hir lif.
   I will George my soonne immediately after my decesse have all my lands and tenements to his heires and asisgnes for ever and after the decesse of the saide Alice my wife all the saide tenement called Ketylsee etc.
   Wit. John Tebold, Wm Olyver de Godden, Wm Olyver of Falke, Henry Swaynselond, Robert Bowman, Reginald Fremlyn and Thos Moger.
   Probate 24 Aug 1512 by exors.
