880. George PEARLESS son of George and Mary Ann Pearless of this parish died 28 December 1814 in 32nd year. Likewise one sister and three of her brothers who died in infancy. Also aforesaid Mrs. M.A. Pearless died 28 July 1824 aged 68. Mr. George Pearless late Quarterman of Caulkers, husband and father to above died 5 January 1829 in 75th year. Also Reuben Pearless son of above died 18 November 1825 in 33rd year, at Port Royal, Jamaica.

895. Sergeant Major Robert BAYFIELD, 5th Battalion Royal Artillery who died at Woolwich 8 November 1839 at the age of 53, after having served 35 years, 13½ of which as Sergeant Major. This stone is erected by the non-commissioned officers of the battalion in testimony of their high respect for him. 

896. James OAKLEY son of James and Mary Oakley of this parish died 18 December 1820 in 2nd year. Mary Martha Oakley died 4 June 1827 in 12th year. Mary Oakley died 21 July 1844 in 15th year. James Joseph Oakley died on board H.M. Steam vessel ‘Styx’ 24 July 1844 in 19th year. His remains are interred at Helio de Porta Island of St. Michaels, Azores. Mr. James Oakley, father of the above died 20 December 1847 aged 55. James Joseph GROCOCK grandson of above died 17 May 1853 in 12th year. Mary wife of above James Oakley died 17 July 1871 aged 80.

897. Jane HALL daughter of R and Ann Hall died 18 October 1803 aged – months. Will: Hall died – August 1807 aged 7 months. Jane Hall died 30 June 1807 (or 17) aged 2 years 9 months. Ann Hall died - August 1812 aged 4 years 6 months. Ann Haol died 17 November 1812 aged 2 months. Margaret Hall died 23 February 1813 aged 4 years 3 months.

900. Lewis George GOSLING son of William and Maria Gosling of this parish died 9 April 1849 aged 6 years 9 months. Emma Jane Gosling died 20 October 1860 aged 16. Edward Cyrus Gosling died 19 April 1874 aged 35 and was buried in the church yard of St. Thomas’s Woolwich.
