LIST OF COLDHARBOURS IN KENT

The coldharbours are localised under civil parishes; the figures in brackets refer to sheets of the 6-inch Ordnance Survey map.

1. BOBBING.—About ½ mile west of the church and nearly ½ mile north of Watling
       Street. (xx, S.E.)

2. BRIDGE.—Coldharbour Farm on Barham Downs, just over 1 mile south-east of bridge
       and ½ mile east of Watling Street. (xlvii, S.W.)

3. CHEVENING.—Coldharbour, a hamlet, and Coldharbour Wood. (xxxix, N.E.)

4. CHISLEHURST.—Coldharbour Farm, on the road between Chislehurst and
       Mottingham, a mile north-west of Chislehurst. (viii, S.W.)

5. FRITTENDEN.—Cold Harbour, a farm about ¼ mile south of Waterman Quarter, near
       Headcorn. (lxiii, N.W.)

6. HILDENBOROUGH.—Cold Harbour Toll, a wood (xl, S.E.), and Coldharbour, a
       hamlet, 1 mile north-east of Hildenborough. (l, N.E.)

7. HOLLINGBOURNE.—Coldharbour Lane and Coldharbour, a hamlet, just over 1 mile
        east of Thurnham Castle. (xxxii, S.W.)

8. IWADE.—Cold Harbour, Coldharbour Marsh, and Coldharbour Wall, about ¾ mile
       west of Iwade. (xxi, N.W.)

9. LYMPNE.—Coldharbour, a farm, about 1 mile north-west of Stutfall Castle. 
       (lxxiv, S.W.)

10. MOLASH.—Coldharbour Farm, 1 mile north-east Challock Lees. (lv, N.W.)
      OLD R0MNEY.—Coldharbour Lane and Coldharbour Bridge, 1¼ miles south-west
          of Old Romney. (lxxxiv, N.W.)

11. STANSTED.—About ½ mile south of the village, and ¾ mile west of Fairseat. 
         (xxx, N.W.)

12. SUTTON-AT-HONE.—2 miles south-west of the Darenth villa and just over ½ mile
         south-east of St. Paul’s Church, Swanley. (ix, S.W.)

13. TENTERDEN.—Cold Harbour, 1 mile south-west of Tenterden. (lxxi, S.E.)

14. WYE.—Coldharbour Farm, ¾ mile east of Wye, and about ½ mile west of 
         "The Giant’s Grave" on Wye Down. (lv, S.E.)
