Parties – Elizabeth Coode, Sarah Coode and Ann Coode of Westminster (1), John Trenley (2), William Hammond of St Albans, Esquire (3).

Bargraves were lessees and lease descended to the Coodes.

Parcels – Archbishop’s Manor of Westcourt in parish of Sibertswold.

Purchase money - £1660.
