Parties – Archbishop of Canterbury (1), Elizabeth Coode of the Precincts near the Tower, London, widow (2).

Parcels – Manor of Westcourt in Sibertswold together with divers lands parcell of the demesnes of the said Mannor late in occupation of James Matson.

Term – 21 years

Rent
- £12 and 7 good fat and able wethers of large bone and in high wool between the ages of 3 and 6 years or £7 in lieu at the election of the Archbishop.
