Parties – Elizabeth Coode of the Precincts of St Katherine’s near the Tower, widow (1), John Perfit of St James’s, Westminster, coachman (2). 

Reciting Archbishop’s Lease of 4 May 1737 to Elizabeth Coode of Mannor of Westcourt in Sibertswold for 21 years at rent of £12 and 7 wethers or £7.

Loan of £135 by Perfit secured on Lease.
