Parties –
William Hammond of St Albans in Nonington, Kent, Esquire
and Anthony Hammond of St Albans aforesaid, gentleman,
only son and heir apparent of the said William Hammond by
Elizabeth his late wife formerly Elizabeth Kingsford
(Mortgagors) and William Brodnax of Godmersham, Esquire,
and Samuell Milles of the precincts of Christ Church in
Canterbury, Esquire, Executors of the Will of Sir George
Rooke, Knight, deceased (Mortgagees).
£1200 lent on security of Chillenden Court Lodge and its
120 acres.
