Bargain and Sale for 1 year with a view to a release to uses Parcels – Manor of Eastwell alias Easole alias St Albans in Nonington, Goodnestone and Wymingswoold Chillenden Court Lodge and 120 acres land in Chillenden Goodnestone, Northborne and Nonnington Wood ground called Pinners Wood containing 10 acres in Nonnington in the Manor of St Albans 18 acres of marsh land in Ash
