William Hammond of St Albans, Nonington, Esquire. Buried in Nonington Chancell next body of first wife.

Ratifies Settlements made on marriage with wife Mary.

To wife Mary her gold watch, all jewels presented by him to her, a pair of his best coach horses with harness and his coach or chariot which she pleases and £100 to buy her and her children mourning.

To daughters Elizabeth Hammond and Ann Hammond £800 each at 21 or marriage in satisfaction of any settlement – and until then to have £40 a year each. If they die before 21 or marriage the two sums of £800 remain with executor.

Overseers – Edward ffellows and John Hawker of sandwich £20 to each.

All messuages, lands, stock, crops, goods, chattels and personal estate to son Anthony Hammond, his sole executor.
