WILL 18 May 1708

of Richard Hills of Boughton under the Bleane.

To my son Edward Hills my house and land in Boughton Street, he paying £10 to Richard Barman my grandson, son of Thomas Barman.

Said Thomas Barman to have the parcell of woodland joining to Mr Pricck’s land.

Wife to have the house and lands and all moveables, but granddaughter Ann Hills to have the brass pot after wife’s death.

Brass morter to Martha Bareman, daughter of Thomas Bareman.

Son Edward Hilles of Hernhill to be executor.
