CONVEYANCE  27 October 1694 (6 William and Mary) 

Parties – John Crispe citizen and salter of London and Anne his wife, James Barret citizen and hosier of London and Mary his wife, Elizabeth Hamlin, widowe, relict of Edward Hamlin, late citizen and salter of London, deceased and John Arther of Cardiff, Glamorgan, grocer and Hannah his wife, which said Anne, Mary, Elizabeth and Hannah are the daughters and coheirs of Edmond Page, late citizen and merchant of London, deceased (1), Thomas Hatchett, citizen and merchant taylor of London (2), William Kingsford of London, Merchant (3) and John Kingsford of Canterbury, gentleman (4). 

Reciting Mortgage for term of 500 years for £500 dated 19 October 1667 by Edmond Page to John Crispe of

Parcels – Lands, woodgrounds, woods, underwoods, wastes and plaines parcell of the Bleane lying on the South side of the common highway leading from Canterbury towards London and in or neare Boughton under the Bleane and Selling, Chilham and Chartam containing in all 467 acres, 1 rood and 4 perches which said pres were late the lands of George Cony of London, merchant and situate in or near the parish of Boughton under Bleane, Hernehill, Casiners Bleane and Hartledowne, Kent, and in the occupation of the said Edmond Page

And reciting sub-mortgage by John Crispe to Thomas Hatchet for £300 by sub demise for 450 years by Indre of 24 November, 4 James 2 (1688).

Conveyance of all said pres to John Kingsford as nominee of William Kingsford.
