Reciting mortgage of 13 October 1667 by Edmund Page, late citizen and merchant of London to John Crispe by demise for 500 years of ..... [blank].

Parcels – woods and woodgrounds, underwoods, waste and plaines lying on the south side of the common highway leading from Canterbury towards London in and near Boughton under the Bleane and Selling, Chillam and Chartam containing in all 476 acres, 1 rood and 4 perches in the parishes of Boughton under Bleane, Hernehill, Cusmas Bleane and Hartledowne. 
Redeemable on payment of £530.

Transfer of mortgage by John Crispe (husband of one of Page’s daughters) to (2) as trustees for the Page family in trust to attend the inheritance.
