Parties – Stephen Creake of Nonington,
Yeoman (1) Alice Falkener of St. Bartholomews alias St. Barthelmews next
Sandwich Widowe (2).
Conson £200.
Parcels. The tenement Kytchin barne stable buildings etc. and
gardame orchard etc. and 14 pieces or parcells of land containing in the whole
by estimate 22 acres and half a rod in the occupation of Christopher Creake
whereof
The said tenement etc. together contain by estimate 2 acres lying
to the land of Edward Boys, Esq. South and West to land of Richard Welch North
to the Queen’s highe Strete towards East and South.
One other parcell of land called Cladhams containing my estimate
5½ acres lying to the land of Edward Hammon gentleman North and East to land of
the heires of John Welshe South and to the higheway there West.
One other parcell beinge pasture containing by estimate 2½ acres
lying to the land of John Chamberlaine West to the common way there North to the
land of Richard Welshe East and to the Shere Way there South.
One other parcell of land called Shortfare containing my estimate 3
acres and half a yard lying to the land of Stephen Bayly East and South to the
land of the heirs of John Welshe to the common way there North.
One other parcell of arable land lying at Roadhill containing by
estimate 9 acres lying to land of Edward Boys Esq. West, North and East and to
land of the said Stephen Creak South Together with a convenient way to go drive
or load on and through the aforesaid acre of land of the said Stephen Creake
from the common way there unto the aforesaid 9 acres or any part or parcell
thereof.
