I leave all my freehold messuages, tenements and lands at Chelsfield and all other my real estate to the use of my dear mother Lydia Rock for life.
At her death, I leave all these premises to my sisters Lydia and Perthaney Rock equally as tenants in common, and to their respective heirs for ever.
I give to James Woodman Martyr of the Borough of Southwark ironmonger and Thomas Yates of Chelsfield bricklayer £10 each.
I leave all residue of my personal estate to them on Trust to recover all debts etc. due to me and to sell all residue of my personal estate, and to invest the proceeds in any Government or Parliamentary Stock of Great Britain and to pay the interest to my mother from time to time for her own use. After her death, they are to assign the said Stock to my two sisters equally.
My said Trustees are also to be my Executors.
Thomas Rock witnesses J. Bingham John Burchell William Bowers all of Chelsfield.
