Abstract of the will of John Jackson of Chelsfield dated 13 April 1679.
   My body to be buried in the churchyard of Chelsfield.
   To my cousin John Allen, son of my uncle John Allen, £15.
   To my cousin Sarah Allen £15 and one chest with all the linen that is in it.
   To Mr. Skeggs 10s. and to Mrs. Skeggs his wife 25s.
   I will that my body be buried in linen.
   I appoint my uncle John Allen as Executor.
   Witnesses James Pratt senior Robert Allen James X Pratt junior
   John X Jackson
Proved 16 May 1679 by John Allen the uncle.        [PCC will PROB11/359]
