Abstract of the will of Richard Clark of Chelsfield grocer
and draper dated 14 October 1832.
I give all my part and share of messuages, lands, tenements
and estate at St. Mary Cray to my brother Thomas Clark, and also the share
and interest in the joint stock in trade, credits and effects belonging to
the business carried on by myself and my said brother Thomas in
co-partnership, and the stock on the farm in Chelsfield, provided he pay
to my sister Sarah Clark £200.
I appoint my brother Thomas as my Executor Richard Clark
Signed again and republished by the said Richard Clark on 31 August 1833.
