Here lieth the Body of Thomas PEKE, of Hills Court in this Parish Esq. eldest Son to Sr. Edward of the same Place, Knt. who departed this Life the 7th of August 1701 in the 29th Yeare of his Age. He married Elisabeth, eldest Daughter of Mr Anthony BALL of Bromley, in Kent, by whome he had 6 Children, viz. Thomas, Edward, Ann, Eliz. Margaret, and Sarah. Noted by Rev Bryan Faussett 1760
