Toke's and others, Heraldic Ledger Stones in Kent churches

John WEEKLEY  1738  St Mary's Church, West Malling

The medallion measures 26inch x 21½inch and is cut in relief on a blue ledger stone, 79½inch x 39inch in the Chancel.

Arms: Quarterly 1 & 4, a fesse, cotised ?, between three conie’s heads erased. 2&3 two bends engr, a canton. Crest: on an Esqres helmet, a demi coney ramp. ?couped.

H.S.E. John WEEKLEY of the Inner Temple, London, Esqr who died Novem. 21 1738 To whose endearing Memory his Mother Mrs Matthew Weekley dedicates this Gravestone.
