Toke's and others, Heraldic Ledger Stones in Kent churches

 Margaret PYMM  1683/4  Rochester Cathedral

The shield measures 17⅜inch x 14⅜inch and is cut in relief on a blue ledger stone 80inch x 34inch in the north Transept.

Arms: Sa. on a fesse, ar. between three owls, or, as many cross crosslets of the field for PYMM, impaling or, a saltire, sa. for DERNG.

S. To the Memory of Mrs Margaret PYMM one of the Daughters of Finch DERING of Chearing in this county Esq and widdow of John Pymm, Gent who exchanged this life for a better on the 20th of March Anno Dom. 1683/4.
