Toke's and others, Heraldic Ledger Stones in Kent churches

Rev John LAMBE  1740   St Peter's Church, Ridley

In the chancel, under the rails before the communion table is a gravestone of black marble with this inscription - Fuit Johannes Lambe, obijt Aprilis 24 1740 anno aetatis suae 54.  Above are these arms viz a chevron between three holy lambs with staves and banners. Noted by Leland L. Duncan 1890
