Toke's and others, Heraldic Ledger Stones in Kent churches

Edward BATHURST  1690  St Mary's Church, Goudhurst

Armorial (HORDEN of Great Horden) In hope of joyfull resurrection here lieth interred the body of Edward BATHURST of Finchcocks, Esquire (eldest son of Edward Bathurst, Esquire and Martha his wife) who departed this life on the 9th day of June in the year of our Lord 1690 and in the 52nd year of his age. He marryed Judith the daughter of Robert OLIVER, Gentleman, of Layborne in Kent and died without issue. Noted by Leland L. Duncan 1923
