Will of Agnes TAYLOR of Hythe, Kent 20 January 1460-1

Agnes TAYLOR (or NEWHOUSE), 20 January 1460-1.
Buried in church of St Leonard of Hithe before the Rood (crucifix), or before Image of Blessed Mary in the Chapel of the Virgin.
High altar for tithes 3s.4d. Fabrice of church s.4d. Light of the Lamp 12d. Before Corpus Christi, and St Mary, 12d. each.
Parish chaplain 12d. Parish clerk 4d.
John NEWHOUSE my son 12 pewter dishes, son Robert 12 pewter vessels. Agnes NEWHOUSE six pewter vessels.
Residue of pewter to children of Robert NEWHOUSE.
Cristine and Beatrice, daughters of John DENYS, two pairs of sheets.
Agnes NEWHOUSE brass pan, girdle, table-cloth, towel, candlestick, salt sellar and one silver spoon, cista de picta (?box for paints).
John NEWHOUSE five silver spoons. Robert NEWHOUSE one silver spoon. Felice, wife of John Newhouse my best armilansa (?small cupboard), best tunicle.
John NEWHOUSE amber prayer beads with a crucifix.
Residue after paying debts, etc. to Robert NEWHOUSE my son and Executor.
