Will of Joan CUNTREY of Goodnestone next Wingham 22 Dec 1475

Joan, wife of William CUNTREY, 12 May 1473.
Buried in churchyard of Holy Cross of Goodneston.
High altar 12d. Light of St Mary 4d; Light of St John Baptist 4d. High altar of St Paul’s, Canterbury 8d.
Elene my mother have my red girdle fabricate with silver.
Residue after paying debts, etc. to William my husband, my Executor, with Richard LORKYN and Dom Edmund HORRYNDEN, vicar of St Paul’s, overseers.
Feoffees of my lands and tenements – John MEYKOT, William LE DANE, and Richard CRISTION.
Elene my mother have and receive from my lands and tenements in parish of Chistelet during her life 26s.8d. yearly, the first payment at Feast of St Michael 1474, and after death of Elene, to be sold and money for my soul.
Probate 22 December 1475.
