Roger SELER of Redyng in Ebbeney, 25 February 1493-4.
Buried in the churchyard.
High altar 20d, reparation of the church 20d.
John SELER, junior, my godson 12d.
Residue after paying debts, etc. to Thomas ALMOND my fratri (sic) my Executor.
My lands in Ebbney and Tenterden of which John NORLAND and William BECHE are Feoffees.
That Thomas [ALMOND] have all same and to his heirs for ever.
Witnesses – Thomas HEYNES, cleric, then curate of the church, Richard EVERYNDEN, Thomas Kingsnoth, Robert STEVYN, John WEKE.
