Will of William CURTEIS of Ebony, Kent 2 November 1522

William CURTEIS of Redyng in the parish of Ebeney, 2 November 1522.
Buried in the churchyard of Our Lady of Ebney.
High altar for tithes 20d. Light of St Anthony, yearly for six years 4d. To buy a Cross-cloth for same church 3s.4d.
My burial tapers be kept and maintained for six years, yearly to be renewed, half pound of wax.
To Alice CURTEIS, to her marriage £6.13s.4d.
Son Thomas have £20 and residue to same.
Thomas and William my sons, they to pay my debts, etc. and be my Executors; with John CLARK of Woodchurch, supervisor.
Witnesses – Dom. Richard HARRY, curate, John RAYNOLD, John HAMOND, William CRISTIAN.
