Buried in chancel of Our Lady in Alkham church.
High altar 20d. Lights of Holy Trinity, Holy Cross, Our Lady, St Anthony, each bushel of barley or 4d.
To the new Book 6s.8d. Repair of the Trinity Loft 3s.4d; of the Rood Loft 3s.4d; of the Chancel of Our Lady 6s.8d. To maintenance of a lamp before Our Lady in said Chancel perpetual 3s.4d.*
William COPPIN 4s. when 24. Agnes WATERS at her marriage 3s.4d.
Executors provide a priest to sing for my soul for half a year.
Alice my daughter £3s.6d.8d; daughters Joan, Cristian, Katherine, each 53s.4d.
Feoffees of lands, tenements – Bartholomew GODIN of Folkestone, William RIGDEN of same, John PETT of Calldam, John WRAKE of River.
Executors sell all lands, tenements, except if any of my children will buy them to have same 40s within price of any other man, the money – to my three daughters, Joan, Cristian, Katherine, each 53.4d; and Alice £3.6s.8d. unto her marriage.
Executors – William COLLEY and Robert BENE to dispose for my soul, each to have 3s.4d.
Residue after debts paid to daughters.
Witnesses – Dom Theobald OSRYALL, vicar of Alkham, John RAYNOLD.
